Mockmate is an intelligent online job interview simulator that helps automate interviewing with artificial intelligence & natural language processing. Techstars Berlin ’21.
I help companies with business development, marketing & communications, mainly by preparing project proposals/bids.
• Prepare EU project bids and tenders; approx. €172M in 2020.
• 55+ startup clients raising approx. $80M in grant/non-equity funding.
Crisis Group is an independent non-profit NGO focused on preventing and resolving deadly conflict.
In the HQ, I managed business development. I started off at $7M and grew to $9M, because I implemented a system to track everyone’s time. Better data, specific impact, more admin, but also more money.
EPC is a think tank on the European Union. I did research and wrote papers on the EU’s foreign policy. My pet project was the use of social media and public diplomacy, which led me to help train EU officials on how to use Twitter and create the EU’s first-ever social media strategy.
Professional Women’s Network (PWN) is a global movement of people working towards gender balanced leadership through professional development and cross-industry networking. 2018-2020, elected to lead team of 20 volunteers in Barcelona to execute 3 networking events per month. Currently board advisor and mentor.
Young Professionals in Foreign Policy (YPFP) is a global non-profit all-volunteer organization fostering the next generation of foreign policy leaders. As Director of Communications and Marketing: planned and orchestrated all marketing and communications, leading team of seven.
